Time of delivery of the goods

The item will be shipped within 5 days.We use EMS or FedEx via transfer company(FROM JAPAN Co.,Ltd.).

Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us including the details and picture to proof the defective item.

If the return is accepted, we will send the address to send back via email.

Please remind that shipping charges including import taxes must be paid by you. We will not refund any shipping charges or import taxes.


1. For delivery of goods, we will ship within 5 days after receiving your request basically, but if our company's long holiday period or out of stock, shipping will be delayed.
2. If you received a different product or defective item from your order, please return within 8 days after delivery. However, if damaged or dirty occurs under the customer's personal preferences, we can not respond to returned goods. In addition, shipping fee of returned goods in case of quality defects will be borne by our company. On the other hand, in case of customer's personal preferences, will be the customer's burden.
Customer's order will be effective only when we accepted by the method specified by us. If it is not accepted by our company due to system trouble, it will not be valid.
3. The selling price will be the price at the time you received your order. Even if price changes occur after ordering or delivery, we will not change the selling price (except for the mistyped entry).
4. We do not accept cancellation / change / addition after customer's order.
5. We pay close attention to strict observance of the delivery date, but please understand that fluctuation of the delivery date may occur due to manufacturer, production situation, system trouble, other circumstances. It will not be held responsible even if the customer or the third party suffered damage.
6. Please contact us for support after delivery of goods.
7. The method of contacting our company shall be by e-mail.
8. Regarding using of this service, in the event that problems arise that can not be resolved by this agreement, we will discuss and resolve it between the users and us in good faith.
9. When purchasing more than one item, we will arrange shipment of other products according to the late delivery date. As a general rule, shipping one-by-one is not acceptable. In case of delivery date priority, the shipping fee is necesasry to each shipping.
